At Moraine State Park, a cycler’s dream awaits, with a 7-mile trail winding along the shoreline, rolling over gentle hills, and slicing through green forests.
Criterium races are short and intense, so you need to be in good physical condition. To prep for your race, you have to become comfortable riding in a pack, weaving and bending with limited space and tight turns.
The course will be on paved roads 15 miles per lap. The race will be 2 to 3 laps. Feed at each lap in designated feed zone. There are 5 climbs roughly ½ mile in length. With 5 descends and rolling rural country roads. This is some great riding roads.
