History comes alive on our Saxonburg tour! Wander quaint “Main Street USA” with preserved buildings, many over 100 years old. Hear the story of founder John Roebling, the engineer behind the Brooklyn Bridge. And, of course, meet the present-day business owners who share their food and stories with our guests.

This charming little town, our first destination outside of Allegheny County, is an up and coming culinary spot. It features new and old establishments that provide tasty stops on our tour route. Enjoy delicious home-made soup, fine dining in a century old hotel, German meats, chocolate and more. Step back in time and savor the treats that await in Saxonburg.

Vegetarian substitutions available. Please note – Substitutions for vegetarians, must be requested in advance with your ticket purchase. All food has been prepared in advance at each location, based on the information you provide to us at the time of ticket purchase. Last minute dietary changes the day of the tour will not be accommodated for any dietary restrictions. This is a carefully produced foodie adventure!

• A bottle of water is provided.
• Ticket sales for public tours close 24 hours prior to the tour date.
• 24 guests per tour, 12 per guide. Depending on vendor availability, they may be able to run two tours in one day.  Sign-ups will be limited to availability on the tour website.
