This gorgeous warm-water fishery that lines 42 miles of Moraine State Park breeds intrigue amongst fishers across the world, including Fishing University, which shot footage of Lake Arthur for one of its 13 features of the season.  So, launch your day to new depths at Moraine State Park where you’ll be the one who’s hooked!

Best Fishing In America – Lake Arthur Fishing: Angler’s Guide to Moraine State Park

This is a bass fishing tournament limited to 100 teams/boats. The bass tournament will be comprised of (2) person teams registering together, using their own equipment and boats. Please designate a team captain when registering. All boats must conform to Pennsylvania boating rules and regulations. The tournament will fish from 0700hrs to 1400hrs. Medals will be awarded for the most weight of 4 fish caught within the allotted time and rules. All bass must be over 15” per Lake Arthur regulations. All fish must be kept alive, and will be released following the weigh-in at 1400hrs.

Only fish caught on hook and line in the usual manner will be accepted. Each participant is allowed to use only one line in the water at a time. Spare rods and equipment may be kept on hand. Artificial bait only. No Live Bait Allowed.

Valid PA fishing licenses are required.
